Position: SEN Food Technology Teacher
Location: West London
Salary: £150-£220 a day
Start date: April

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable SEN Food Technology Teacher to join our team at a school in West London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food technology, nutrition, and culinary arts, and will be able to lead small groups of students with Autism. This is a long-term role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and informative food technology lessons.
• Demonstrate practical skills and techniques in the kitchen.
• Create a safe and positive learning environment for students.
• Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a comprehensive and integrated curriculum.

Requirements:

• Teaching certification or qualification
• Previous experience teaching food technology at the high school level
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Passion for educating and inspiring students
