SEN Classroom Lead

Position: SEN Primary Teacher
Location: West London
Salary: £150-£220 a day
Start date: April

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Primary Teacher to join our team at a school in West London. The successful candidate will work alongside teachers to support students in their learning and development.
Responsibilities:

• Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and supporting students in their learning
• Working with small groups of students or individual students to provide additional help and support.
• Supervising students during lessons, lunchtimes, and outdoor play
• Helping to prepare and organize classroom materials and resources.
• Supporting students with special educational needs or disabilities as necessary
• Collaborating with teachers to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
• Communicating regularly with parents and carers about student progress and behaviour

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
• A genuine passion for working with children and helping them to reach their full potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• A patient and caring attitude towards children of all abilities
