As a father of two girls, Charlie knows how important it is to find the best teachers for our schools. The eight years that a child spends in primary school are absolutely the most formative, and he believes the right teacher can totally change a child’s outlook on life.
Outside of work, Charlie is a keen sports fan and enjoys football, tennis and cricket. One of his favourite hobbies is trying new restaurants.
