About the Role:

• Provide in-class support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on experience
• Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning and promote progress
• Assist the class teacher in preparing resources and delivering engaging lessons
• Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing and help promote a positive learning environment
• Encourage pupil independence, confidence, and participation in classroom activities
• Liaise with teachers and support staff to deliver consistent support tailored to pupil needs

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have previous experience in a primary school or working with children in an educational setting
• Be enthusiastic, nurturing, and adaptable to the needs of individual learners
• Have strong communication and collaboration skills
• Show initiative and a willingness to contribute to all aspects of school life
• Be dedicated to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children
