Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supporting pupils across a range of abilities in the classroom setting
• Delivering targeted support to individuals or small groups, helping to close learning gaps
• Assisting the class teacher with preparation and organisation of learning materials
• Promoting positive behaviour, inclusion, and emotional wellbeing
• Helping pupils develop their confidence, independence, and social skills
• Collaborating with teachers, SEN staff, and other professionals to support pupil progress

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have previous experience working in a primary school or educational setting
• Be enthusiastic, patient, and proactive in supporting children’s learning
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Work well as part of a team and show initiative when needed
• Be committed to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils
