Role Details:

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting pupils with diverse and complex SEN needs such as autism, speech and language challenges, and developmental delays
- Providing both one-to-one and small group assistance during lessons and structured activities
- Encouraging pupils’ independence, emotional wellbeing, and social skills
- Working alongside a skilled SEN team and following individual behaviour and support plans
- Assisting with personal care when necessary
- Collaborating with external therapists, SEN specialists, and families to deliver consistent, holistic care
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has strong experience supporting students with SEN in either a mainstream or specialist educational setting
- Is confident working with pupils who are non-verbal or have limited verbal communication
- Demonstrates patience, initiative, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Works well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Is committed to safeguarding and inclusive practices
