Are you an experienced SEN Professional with strong behaviour support skills and MAPPA certification? A Croydon-based Alternative Provision/PRU is seeking a dedicated specialist to join their team and support young people with complex behavioural, social and emotional needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and group support for students with SEN and SEMH needs
• Implement de-escalation strategies and behaviour management plans
• Work collaboratively with the safeguarding and pastoral teams
• Maintain a safe, structured and supportive learning environment
• Support emotional regulation and positive decision-making

Requirements:

• MAPPA certified (essential)
• Strong experience working with students with challenging behaviour
• Background in SEN, SEMH, PRU or Alternative Provision settings
• Confident in de-escalation, safeguarding and risk management
• Resilient, calm, proactive and able to build positive relationships
