Your Role:As a valued member of our SEN support team, you will play a crucial role in:
- Providing individualized support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) within classroom settings.
- Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and external specialists to implement and adapt Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Promoting communication, social skills, and emotional regulation through tailored interventions and activities.
- Fostering a positive learning environment that encourages independence, confidence, and academic progress.
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to educators and parents.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience working in a school setting, specifically with SEN students.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and adults alike.
- Knowledge: Understanding of various SEN conditions and strategies to support diverse learner needs.
- Passion: A genuine commitment to enhancing the educational experience for all children, particularly those with additional needs.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or a related field are advantageous.
