Pay: £90–£110 per day (depending on experience)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs?
Pertemps Education are seeking an SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a friendly and inclusive SEND school in the Greenwich area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience supporting students with Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, or other additional learning needs.
The Role:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs.
• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support and learning plans.
• Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Support students with personal, social, and emotional development.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (school or similar setting).
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
