SEN Teaching Assistant – Haringey – Immediate Start

• Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
• Location: Haringey
• Interview Date: Immediate
• Contract: Full-Time / Permanent
• Salary: £103 – £110 per day (dependent on experience)

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a dedicated and flexible Learning Support Assistant who:

• Has experience supporting children with SEND, including autism, speech and language difficulties, or complex learning needs.
• Demonstrates patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
• Can provide both one-on-one and small-group support to enhance learning and social development.
• Works collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other staff to create a supportive educational environment.
• Is proactive, adaptable, and committed to helping students develop confidence and independence.

Your Responsibilities:

• Offer individualized support to students, helping them engage with lessons and achieve their learning goals.
• Assist in developing and implementing personalized learning strategies tailored to each student’s needs.
• Encourage positive behavior, emotional well-being, and social skills development.
• Work alongside teachers to modify classroom activities and ensure accessibility for all learners.
• Contribute to a safe, structured, and inclusive school environment where students feel supported and motivated.
