Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a passion for supporting children with Autism (ASC)?
Are you confident leading learning, managing a small team and taking responsibility for a class?
A welcoming and highly supportive primary school in Lambeth is looking for an ambitious SEN HLTA to take a leading role within a specialist Autism provision.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a small class of just 6 children with Autism, delivering engaging learning activities and working closely with the school’s experienced SEND team.
For the right candidate, there is genuine potential for teacher training and career progression further down the line.
The Role
As the SEN HLTA, you will take a leading role in the day-to-day running of a small, structured Autism class.

Experience within an Autism Resource Provision, ARP, specialist provision or SEND school would be highly desirable.
