💰 £105–£130 per day (with potential for increase over time)

About the School We are proud to be working with a small, Outstanding SEN school in Hayes, dedicated to supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The school has a warm, family-like environment where every member of staff plays a vital role in shaping positive outcomes for its students. With small class sizes of 12–15 pupils, staff are able to provide tailored, individualised support in a calm and nurturing setting.

About the Role We’re looking for a passionate and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team as soon as possible (or from January). You’ll be supporting students with SEMH needs across the curriculum, helping to build trust, promote engagement, and encourage positive behaviour.
This is a long-term position, and the school is seeking someone who can commit to five days a week and become a valued member of their close-knit team.
