A thriving and inclusive secondary school in Ealing is seeking committed and proactive SEN Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated team from September 2025 on a long-term basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and provide one-to-one or small group interventions.
• Collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality learning support.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 1 year of SEN experience in a UK secondary school.
• Confident communicator with excellent English language skills.
• Passionate about SEN with the ability to build rapport with students.
• Adaptable, punctual, and proactive team player.
