Daily Rate: £100–£120 (depending on experience)

A well-regarded secondary school in Bexleyheath is seeking a Science Technician to join their dynamic science department from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a knowledgeable and organised individual with a passion for science and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up equipment and materials for practical science lessons (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
• Ensure laboratories are clean, safe, and fully stocked
• Support teachers during practical sessions and assist with demonstrations
• Maintain and monitor laboratory equipment, chemicals, and health & safety protocols

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Science Technician or in a lab-based role
• Strong understanding of laboratory safety procedures
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• A science qualification or degree is desirable
