An inclusive and welcoming secondary school in Ealing is offering long-term placements for Psychology graduates who want to gain practical SEN experience. Starting this September, you’ll play a vital role in the classroom while developing your own skills in a rewarding and structured environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working 1:1 or in small groups with students requiring SEN support.
• Supporting classroom learning and behaviour management strategies.
• Assisting with academic, emotional, and social development of students.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Has at least 1 year of relevant experience in a secondary school.
• Demonstrates excellent communication, adaptability, and initiative.
• Genuinely passionate about working with young people with SEN.
