Teaching Assistant – Primary School Location: Redbridge, Ilford

Pay: £109 per day

We are currently recruiting three Teaching Assistants to join a mainstream primary school in Redbridge (Ilford). This is an excellent opportunity for committed and enthusiastic individuals looking to build long‑term experience within a supportive school environment.
About the role As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils across the classroom on a 1:1 and small‑group basis
• Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
• Help maintain a positive, structured learning environment
• Support pupils with their academic and social development
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working in a primary school setting (desirable)
• Be reliable, proactive, and confident in the classroom
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to support pupils of varying abilities
• Demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills
• Be looking for a role with potential long‑term or permanent opportunities
