Premises Manager –
Pertemps Education is currently seeking a proactive and experienced Premises Manager to join a well-regarded school in West London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong site management experience to support the smooth running of school operations. The role is available for a September start.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the school premises, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for pupils, staff, and visitors
- Carry out regular health & safety checks, risk assessments, and fire safety procedures
- Manage site security, opening and closing procedures, and supervision of contractors and external services
- Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs, or coordinate with contractors for larger works
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for a UK school
- Liaise with senior leadership to prioritise tasks and report on site-related matters
Requirements:
- Proven experience within a school setting
- Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation, site maintenance, and facilities management
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across a varied workload
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
