Location: Lambeth, South London
Contract: Full-time | Long-term (via agency)
Start Date: ASAP / Flexible
Pay: £150–£210 per day (dependent on experience)

About the Role An inclusive and well-regarded primary school in Lambeth is seeking a dedicated PPA / Intervention Teacher to join their team through our agency. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher who enjoys variety in their week and is passionate about raising attainment through targeted support.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 to cover PPA time, as well as leading small group interventions to support pupils in core subjects such as English and Maths.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across different year groups (EYFS–KS2)
• Provide PPA cover in line with the school’s curriculum and expectations
• Plan and deliver targeted interventions to support pupils with gaps in learning
• Track and monitor pupil progress, adapting support where necessary
• Work collaboratively with class teachers and the wider support team
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Has experience teaching across the primary age range
• Strong understanding of the national curriculum
• Confident delivering intervention programmes and supporting mixed abilities
• Adaptable, organised, and able to build rapport quickly with pupils and staff
• Passionate about supporting pupil progress and attainment
