Pertemps Education are pleased to be supporting one of our fantastic primary schools in their current search for a Level 3 Early Years Educator to work part-time (3 days per week) in Lambeth, starting in September 2025.

Location: Lambeth
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Part-Time (3 days per week), Term-Time Only, Long-Term
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

• Support the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Provide high-quality care, learning opportunities, and supervision for nursery and reception pupils
• Work 3 days a week as part of a consistent early years team delivering the EYFS curriculum
• Help create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for all children
• Work closely with the class teacher and EYFS staff to implement learning activities and routines
• Monitor and record pupil progress and support their personal and social development
• Assist with personal care needs when necessary and support children with additional needs

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent) – this is essential
• Have recent experience working in an Early Years or nursery setting
• Be confident supporting young children with a range of needs, including SEN and EAL
• Be nurturing, patient, and passionate about early childhood development
• Be a team player with strong communication and organisation skills
• Hold a valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
