Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in planning and delivering high-quality Maths lessons.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group interventions to help students strengthen their mathematical skills.
• Assist in preparing learning resources and lesson materials.
• Help maintain a positive and focused classroom environment.
• Encourage students to develop problem-solving skills and a passion for Maths.
• Contribute to student progress tracking and feedback.
• Support extracurricular Maths-related activities and school events.

Essential Requirements:

• A recent graduate with a degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• A strong passion for education and an interest in becoming a qualified teacher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students effectively.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards student learning.
• Experience working with young people, either in a voluntary or paid capacity, is desirable.
