Lunchtime Supervisor – Primary School

Position: Midday Supervisor
Location: Hayes, London
Hours: 11:15 PM – 1:45 PM (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £7,500-£8,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students during lunchtime and in the playground, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Encourage positive play and interactions among students, promoting teamwork and friendship.
• Assist children with their lunch routines and foster good table manners.
• Observe and report any issues or concerns regarding student health or behavior to the appropriate staff.
• Support children in engaging with various games and activities, fostering creativity and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For:

• A caring and friendly individual with a passion for working with children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to handle diverse situations calmly and effectively.
• Experience working with children in a school or community setting is desirable but not essential.
