📌 Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team and help our pupils thrive both academically and socially.

The Role: As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Work alongside class teachers to support teaching and learning across Years 3–6.
• Provide one-to-one and small group interventions in core subjects such as English and Maths.
• Support pupils with varying needs, ensuring an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Assist with classroom organisation, resources, and displays.
• Encourage positive behaviour, resilience, and independence in pupils.

About You: We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in working with primary-aged children (KS2 experience desirable).
• Patient, caring, and motivated to help children succeed.
• Able to follow teacher direction as well as show initiative.
• A good communicator and team player.
• Ideally qualified to at least Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
