Contract: Full time
Salary: £120 – £145 per day

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a specialism in Creative Arts to join our school. This is an exciting opportunity to support teaching and learning, bringing creativity and inspiration to our pupils across the curriculum.

The Role:

• Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons, with a focus on Creative Arts (art, music, drama, and creative projects).
• Work with small groups or whole classes, under the direction of teachers, to deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
• Plan and prepare resources for creative lessons.
• Support pupils’ learning, personal development, and wellbeing.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Assist with assessment and feedback, reporting pupil progress to teachers.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in primary education, ideally with Creative Arts.
• Is passionate about fostering creativity and confidence in pupils.
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Is flexible, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Holds HLTA status or is working towards HLTA accreditation (desirable).
