We are looking for a passionate and motivated Early Years Educator to join our dedicated team, providing the very best start in life for our youngest learners.

The Role: As an Early Years Educator, you will:

• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan, observe, and assess children’s learning and development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support children’s progress.
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning through play.

About You: We are looking for someone who is:

• Level 3 qualified (or above) in Early Years Education/Childcare.
• Experienced in carrying out observations and planning for children’s next steps.
• Caring, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting children’s development.
• A strong communicator and team player.
• Organised and proactive, with a positive attitude.
