Are you a Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator looking to join a supportive school setting in the heart of Lambeth?

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated Early Years team from September 2025. This is a part-time role, working three days per week in a warm, inclusive primary school environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (Essential)
• Experience working within a school or nursery setting
• Confident in carrying out observations, assessments, and contributing to planning in line with the EYFS
• Passionate about creating a safe and stimulating learning environment
• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Your Role Will Involve:

• Supporting children in their early learning and development through play-based activities
• Carrying out observations and maintaining accurate developmental records
• Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families
• Helping to maintain an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
