I’m Yasmin Flanagan, and I lead non-classroom recruitment at Pertemps Education. My job is to connect schools across the south-east of England with the skilled support staff they need to operate smoothly, safely, and successfully. With over ten years in recruitment – including three years specialising in education support roles – I’ve seen firsthand how essential these professionals are to the heartbeat of every school.
