Moving into education recruitment in 2014, Sarah has supported schools across Essex and London as a specialist primary and secondary consultant.
Coming from a family of teachers, it is no surprise that Sarah is passionate about education and is committed to ensuring quality teaching staff are placed into client schools.
Sarah particularly enjoys getting to know both clients and candidates thoroughly in order to make the right match for both parties involved. She feels that I is important to listen to the challenges facing schools to focus on finding the right permanent solution.
Sarah also finds time for her first love, swimming. A big part of Sarah’s weekend includes organising and captaining Chelmsford Ladies 4s hockey team.
