Class sizes are small, with a maximum of eight students, allowing staff to provide highly personalised support and meaningful learning experiences.

  • Supporting students with ASD and SEMH needs to develop independence and confidence.
  • Teaching practical and real-life skills that prepare learners for adulthood and employment.
  • Monitoring progress and contributing to reviews and target setting.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.

The Ideal CandidateWe are keen to hear from candidates who:

  • Hold a Level 3 qualification or above in Education and Learning.
  • Have substantial experience delivering learning within an SEN environment.
  • Have worked in positions such as HLTA, Instructor or Tutor within specialist settings.
  • Have experience supporting learners with ASD and SEMH needs.
  • Are passionate about helping young adults develop the skills needed for independent living and employment.
  • Can confidently manage and inspire small groups of learners.

  • Permanent opportunity with a specialist and supportive provision.
  • Salary between £31,000 and £35,000, depending on experience.
  • Small class sizes (maximum of 8 students).
