Pertemps Education are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-regarded mainstream Primary school in Hayes, who are seeking experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support on an ad hoc basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for confident and adaptable HLTAs looking for flexible work, stepping into classes as and when required.
📚 The Role:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across KS1 and KS2
• Lead whole classes independently in the teacher’s absence
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
• Adapt quickly to different year groups and learning needs

✅ The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
• Proven experience leading a class independently
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Confidence delivering lessons from pre-set plans
• Flexibility and a proactive approach
