💷 Salary: £180 – £240 per day (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced SEN Secondary Teacher with a strong background in Pupil Referral Units (PRUs)?
We are working with a specialist school in the Bexleyheath area who are looking for a committed and resilient teacher to support students with a range of social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, as well as those with additional learning difficulties.
The Role:

• Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to secondary-aged students.
• Supporting learners with challenging behaviour and complex needs.
• Working closely with support staff, therapists, and senior leadership to implement individual learning plans.
• Encouraging positive behaviour management strategies and fostering a safe, inclusive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Previous experience teaching in a PRU, SEMH, or alternative provision setting.
• Strong classroom management and behaviour strategies.
• A resilient, patient, and adaptable teaching style.
• A genuine passion for helping young people overcome barriers to education.
