🌟 KS1 Teaching Assistant – SEN/General Support | Lambeth Primary School | September Start 🌟

Are you an enthusiastic and caring individual looking to support young learners in their educational journey? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is seeking a KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025.

👩‍🏫 The Role:

• Full-time TA role working across KS1 (Year 1 & Year 2), combining general classroom support with SEN interventions
• Support pupils with a range of needs, including Autism, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional needs
• Assist with group work, 1:1 support, classroom preparation, and behaviour management
• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to help all children thrive

✅ The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working in a primary school setting, ideally in KS1
• Some knowledge of supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)
• A calm, patient, and proactive approach to learning support
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2/3) is desirable but not essential

• Full-time role (Mon–Fri), term-time only
• Long-term opportunity with potential to become permanent
• Daily rate: £85–£105 per day (depending on experience)
• Ongoing training and development, including SEN and safeguarding
