  • Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only
  • Salary: £105–£120 per day (dependent on experience)

About the School The school caters to children and young people aged 4 to 19 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and a range of complex needs. With purpose-built facilities and a multidisciplinary approach, the school offers a nurturing and structured setting where students are supported to develop key life skills, regulate emotions, and achieve their full potential.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Supporting students with autism and associated needs in both 1:1 and small group sessions
  • Assisting with the delivery of personalised learning plans based on students’ EHCPs
  • Working alongside teachers, therapists, and behaviour specialists to implement strategies
  • Promoting a calm and safe learning environment
  • Providing personal care when required (training will be given)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Has previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN, especially ASC and complex needs
  • Displays patience, resilience, and a positive, empathetic attitude
  • Communicates effectively and works well in a team
  • Is open to training and ongoing development
  • Holds relevant training such as Team Teach, PECS, or Makaton (desirable but not essential)
